Arie Luyendyk Jr. & Lauren Burnham Expecting First Child

Lauren told Us Weekly, “I kind of had a feeling that I might be pregnant. So my friend insisted on bringing a pregnancy test over. Arie came out with the test in his hand and tears in his eyes. He was like, 'You're pregnant!'”

Arie added, “We weren't trying, but we are so excited. It's going to be a whole new chapter in our lives.”

Lauren opened up on her struggles during the pregnancy, saying, “October was miserable. I had really bad morning sickness and barely left the house. But over the last week I've started feeling a lot better, so it's nice to have my energy back.”

The due date was not revealed, but the baby will most likely arrive after the pair ties the knot on January 12. She plans to work with designer Hayley Paige on her wedding dress, sharing, “The first thing we thought of was, 'Oh, my gosh. Our wedding.' Obviously we're not married yet, but this is the way it happened — and this is probably the way it was meant to happen!”

Earlier this year, the pair joked they were pregnant on April Fools' Day. Along with a photo of a growing baby bump, he tweeted, “Secrets finally out, we have a bunny in the oven! @laurenburnham91.”
