Madonna Shares Family Portrait with All 6 Kids

For the first time ever, Madonna has shared a family portrait with all six of her kids!
Taken at her 59th birthday bash in Lecce, Italy, Thursday, the loving shot includes Lourdes, 20, Rocco, 17, David, 11, Mercy James, 11, and her 4-year-old twins, Estere and Stella.
People magazine reports the girls wore maching D&G hydrangea-print outfits. Madonna donned a gypsy-look ensemble featuring a corset and hat. Her look doubled as a stage costume when she arrived to the party on horseback and danced for her guests with locals.
Lourdes is Madonna's daughter with ex-BF Carlos Leon, Rocco is her son with ex-husband Guy Ritchie, and her other children were all adopted from Malawi, with varying degrees of difficulty.
