He gushed, “We are overwhelmed with joy to share that our daughter, Betsy Rose Hefner, has arrived. We look forward to being home and spending time together as a family in the days and weeks ahead.”
Nearly two months ago, Cooper expressed excitement over his daughter's arrival. Along with posting a pic in her nursey, he wrote on Instagram, “Scarlett is putting a loving nest together in our home in preparation for the little one that arrives in 8 weeks. I took a break from work, slipped my shoes off this morning and asked Scarlett to take this photo in hopes of convincing my daughter in the future that I deserve some of the credit for Scarlett's beautiful work. TBD if I'm successful in this pursuit.”
