Are The Weeknd & Bella Hadid Rekindling Their Romance?

Weeks after his split from Selena Gomez, The Weeknd is “hanging out” with ex-girlfriend Bella Hadid.

The two called it quits last November after more than a year of dating. Earlier this week, The Weeknd was spotted at Hadid's apartment in NYC. A source told E! News, “Bella and Abel have been in contact since Abel and Selena split, but they are not back together. Abel reached out to Bella asking to hang out and catch up, and she decided to see him and see where things go. She knows that if they don't date again, they can at least be good friends."

“He has expressed to her that he loves her still, and they will always have a real connection. He also apologized for hurting her in the past," another insider said. “She still loves him but has her guard up. She never really got over him. She is not looking to be exclusive with him now, just to be his friend. His schedule won't allow him to stay focused on her — she knows this from past experience. She also knows he is talking to a few girls still. She reads what is put out in the news and that affects her."

Last week, The Weeknd was seen getting cozy with Justin Bieber's ex, Yovanna Ventura, at French Montana's birthday party in Los Angeles. A source told Us Weekly, “The Weeknd was there hand in hand with Yovanna Ventura all night. They arrived together. They were holding hands. He was there for a solid two hours with her and everywhere they went they held hands.”

The source continued, “He was parading her around. He was trying to make it obvious that he was with someone. They were pretty affectionate and were together the entire night.”

While reconciliation rumors are heating up between The Weeknd and Bella Hadid, Selena and Justin have been spotted kissing at a hockey game in Los Angeles in photos obtained by TMZ.

On Monday, Bieber and Gomez were spotted at Lake Balboa together, a place that they visited together in 2012. A fan named Amy snapped a photo, tweeting, “It's been 8 years and I'm so freaking happy and blessed that I finally got to see Justin. EKFONRFIFK SELENA AND JUSTIN ARE FREAKING ADORABLE TOGETHER I AM LOWKEY DYING IN THE INSIDE.”
