It's over between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, "Extra" can confirm.
Amber filed for divorce from Johnny on Monday, just three days after his mom passed away.
Heard cited irreconcilable differences, and is asking for spousal support.
Sources tell TMZ that they had no prenup.
Johnny, who is reportedly worth $400 million, is asking the judge to reject Amber's request for spousal support. He filed the response through his lawyer Laura Wasser, who has represented big names like Ryan Reynolds, Heidi Klum, and Ashton Kutcher.
Just one day after she filed for divorce, Amber was spotted shopping at Tiffany & Co. in Beverly Hills.
A month before she filed the papers, Amber was spotted celebrating her 30th birthday without Johnny in Palm Springs. A source told People about the actress, who was surrounded by gal pals at the Parker Hotel, "They looked to be enjoying themselves,"
The couple, who met on the set of the 2011 movie “Rum Diary,” wed in February 2015.
