What Florence Henderson’s Death Certificate Reveals

Nearly two weeks after her passing, more details have been released about Florence Henderson's death at 82.
According to her death certificate, obtained by TMZ, Henderson secretly battled heart disease for the last 10 years. In 2011, she was diagnosed with an irregular heartbeat.
Despite her heart problems, Henderson was able to hide it from the cameras when she joined as a contestant on “Dancing with the Stars” in 2010.
On Thanksgiving, Henderson was surrounded by her loved ones when she died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. At the time, her publicist David Brokaw revealed that her cause of death was heart failure. He said in a statement, "She was quite active until she started not feeling well several days ago. It was felt that she would just bounce back from it.”
