Uberprivate couple Andy Samberg and Joanna Newsom managed to keep some very big news out of the public eye!
Samberg's rep confirmed to People that the pair welcomed a baby girl. Her name and birth date, however, are still under wraps.
Later, the comedian opened up about fatherhood at a Television Critics Association panel for "Brooklyn Nine-Nine," saying, "It's wonderful. It feels fantastic. That's a new project, yes. That takes up a lot [of time].
Andy explained that his days on "Saturday Night Live" helped prepare him to be a dad. "I've been trained with 'Saturday Night Live,'" he said. "You don't sleep there. When you work there, you don't sleep."
This is the first child for the comedian and singer-songwriter, who dated for five years before he proposed in February 2013. They tied the knot that fall in Big Sur, California.
