Reality Star Emily Simpson Shows Off 30-Lb. Weight-Loss Transformation

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Emily Simpson is shedding the pounds!
On Tuesday, Simpson took to Instagram to reveal her 30-lb. weight loss.
Along with posting a side-by-side photo, Emily wrote, “I never wanted to show these photos publicly because I'm ashamed of where I let myself get, but here I am showing my transformation because I want to be transparent with you all. I worked my butt off to get here and I'm so proud of how far I've come and continue to go!"
In the first photo, Emily bares her midriff in workout clothes. In the second snap, she is wearing a form-fitting body suit, which shows off her slimmer figure.
She pointed out in the caption, “I lost myself and my confidence through gaining 30 lbs. in one year in front of millions of people on a Reality TV Show. Here I am a year and a half later feeling sexy, confident in my own skin, and like the EMILY I am meant to be!"
Simpson didn't detail her workout or diet routine, but noted that her new website will share more transformation photos and free recipes.
