Glam girl Adele isn't afraid to go barefaced on Instagram.
The “Hello” singer posted a photo of herself removing her makeup, as well as a flawless, fresh-faced selfie from Arizona.

Adele then shared a video to let fans know she was going to have to cancel her Wednesday night show due to a bad cold.

She apologized, saying, "I'm really, really sorry. I've had a cold for a couple of days and I've been pushing through it."
