‘Extra’ Goes Backstage with Donald Trump’s Family After His RNC Speech

It was another huge night for Donald Trump, and his family was there to rally around him. Only “Extra's” AJ Calloway was backstage with the Trumps, who reflected on his speech before joining the Republican nominee for president onstage.
Trump's wife Melania was feeling “good” after he delivered his 74-minute speech to the nation. When AJ asked her how he did, Melania responded, "Very well! Beautiful.”
Two of his boys, Eric and Donald Jr., also spoke to AJ, saying they couldn't be more proud of their father. Eric told AJ, “He did amazing.” Donald Jr, added, “Crushing it. It was awesome.”
CNN's Don Lemon also weighed in on how Mr. Trump did, giving the most important speech of his life. “It was pretty good because usually him and the teleprompter are not friends all the time… I thought he gave a good speech.”
