Bon Jovi Rocks Broadway with Brand-New Anthems!
Bon Jovi rocked Broadway Thursday night, leading frenzied fans on a two-hour journey of 15 brand-new songs from their upcoming album "This House Is Not for Sale."
The band has been playing TIDAL X-sponsored listening parties at historic venues to give their diehards a shot at previewing the highly anticipated album, which drops November 4. Their mini tour has taken them to the Count Basie in Red Bank, New Jersey; the Palladium in London; the Queen Elizabeth in Toronto; and finally the Barrymore in NYC.
Thursday's finale was livestreamed on Tidal, which captured Bon Jovi's Broadway debut.
USA Today reports lead singer/rock god Jon Bon Jovi proudly told the crowd, "So here we are on Broadway — we finally made it to the big time!"
Considering how enthusiastically songs like "God Bless This Mess" and "Roller Coaster" were received, let's hope it won't take another 30 years to get the band back on the Great White Way.
The band will embark on a tour starting in February 2017, and will be honored with the 2016 Legend of Live Award by Billboard in a ceremony on November 9.
