‘Love Is Blind’ Season 2 Star Kyle Abrams Engaged to Tania Leanos

“Love Is Blind” alum Kyle Abrams didn’t get his happy ever after on the show, but he’s found love!

On Monday, Abrams announced his engagement to financial consultant Tania Leanos.

Along with a proposal video, Kyle wrote on Instagram, “Scene 2…💍 Thank you to everyone involved! I couldn’t have done it without you.”

Abrams dished on his proposal, telling E! News, "In order for the perfect proposal, I knew there were two important acts I had to perform. One was surprise her with having both of our families there all whistle having their exact locations on her phone and two, hire the most authentic Mariachi band in Chicago."

Tania shared her reaction, saying "I loved everything about the way Kyle proposed. Most importantly, he surprised me with having both of our families there to share the special moment. It meant so much because he knows how important family is to me and he did not disappoint. And the mariachi was absolutely perfect!"

Abrams knew Leanos was the one after their first date. He revealed, "I told my mom and best friend that I found my wife and I'm going to marry her as soon as possible. Tania is the perfect combination of heart, humor and brains. Her nurturing way and compassion are incomparable, and I am constantly in awe of the love she radiates."

Tania also had wonderful things to say about Kyle, gushing, "The most admirable thing about Kyle is his innate ability to live life not caring what others think. He can be so charming. It amazes me how he makes things happen and gets anything and everything he wants."

The news comes just six months after Abrams went public with their relationship.

The couple looked head over heels for each other in the photos and videos, which include Kyle giving her a kiss on the cheek, her posing in a bikini, and the pair keeping it casual in sweats.

Abrams also used the Tom Jones classic “She’s a Lady” as a soundtrack for the video.

In September, Kyle announced his split from fellow “Love Is Blind” Season 2 alum Deepti Vempati. The pair met on the show, but didn’t start dating until later.

He explained in September, “I understand many of you are curious as to where Deepti and I stand today. Since After the Altar was filmed, we had decided to go our separate ways in early summer. Thank you to everyone who has followed our journey through arduous vulnerability and has supported us along the way.”

It turned out Deepti had met Tania, and told Us Weekly in September, “At first it was hard because, you know, obviously I care about him. But I have met [his girlfriend] before and she’s very sweet and, you know, I just want the best for him.”

Vempati said of their split, “It was, like, an amazing time, but I think we didn’t really communicate as much as we needed to about our love languages [and] what we’re expecting out of life… There was so much pressure on us and I think it really impacted our relationship. And we’re just trying to navigate this new life. It’s been tough to lose my best friend, but you know, it is what it is.”
