ARM & HAMMER’s Purrfectly Impurrfect Contest Helps Shelter Cats, Plus: Win a Year’s Supply of Litter
You can bet #NationalCatDay is circled on the calendar by feline-loving stars like Taylor Swift and Kate Beckinsale, who is getting her kitty into the Halloween spirit!
In honor of tomorrow's special pet day, ARM & HAMMER Cat Litter is helping to give back with the Purrfectly Impurrfect Contest.
“Extra's” Rachel Lindsay caught up with author and certified cat behavior consultant Pam Johnson Bennett to find out more. Watch!
Here's how it works, local shelters across the country are invited to nominate their most overlooked cats by submitting a story or one-minute video about why that cat is purrfectly impurrfect to help put them in the spotlight.
Cat lovers are invited to help spread the word to their local shelters to make a nomination or nominate on behalf of the shelter, as well as browse the Feline Generous site to adopt, share, and vote for a winner.
Every shelter that makes a nomination will have a chance to win and the first 100 will receive ARM & HAMMER Cat Litter. Three winning cats will be selected based on the number of online votes and a panel of judges. The adoptive parent(s) of each winning cat will receive counseling services from cat behaviorist Bennett, and ARM & HAMMER will donate $10,000 to each of the winning shelters for a total of $30,000!
