Reality Star Kelly Dodd Marries Fox News Correspondent Rick Leventhal
“The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Kelly Dodd, 45, and Fox News correspondent Rick Leventhal, 60, took the plunge!
Over the weekend, the pair exchanged wedding vows in an “intimate” ceremony in Santa Rosa, California.
For their special day, Kelly and Rick wore black while their wedding guests mostly sported white.
Along with posting a wedding pic taken by photographer Jeremy Fraser, Kelly wrote on Instagram, “I'm so excited to be Mrs. Leventhal!!”
Rick also shared a photo, writing on Instagram, “With the incredible Mrs Kelly Leventhal #10/10/2020 #grateful #rick&Kelly.”
Nearly a year ago, Rick proposed not far from the Empire State Building in NYC.
Kelly told “Extra” all about the proposal, saying, “I came into town on Wednesday night, he picks me up at the St. Regis, he takes me back to his house, he has an outdoor terrace... He got on one knee, he said, 'You are the love of my life,' and he popped the question."
While she knew that a proposal was coming, she had “no idea” it was going to happen then! She said, “I picked out the ring, but I didn't know when he was going to do it. I figured it was Christmas.”
At the time, they had already set a wedding date. She commented, “He wants to do it 10/10/2020.”
It looks like they didn't allow the COVID-19 pandemic to impact their wedding date!
Kelly was previously married to LeapFrog VP Michael Dodd until 2017, but announced early last year that their 11-year union had been officially dissolved. They are the parents of one daughter, Jolie, 13.
This is Rick's third marriage; he was married to reporter Penny Daniels, with whom he has two adult children, and for less than a year to poker pro Beth Shak.
