Jaime King & Kyle Newman Split After 13 Years of Marriage

UPDATE: Jaime King is requesting a temporary restraining order against Kyle Newman, reports The Blast. The order is still being processed and has not yet been granted. Newman has not responded to the restraining order request or divorce filing.
It's over between actress Jaime King, 41, and director Kyle Newman, 44. The Blast reports Jaime has filed for divorce after 13 years of marriage.
In legal docs obtained by the site, Jaime asks the L.A. County Court for dissolution of the marriage. It is also noted that an emergency hearing is on the calendar.
Last week, Life & Style reported Jaime and Kyle were quarantining separately. A source explained they were “taking some time apart to focus on themselves.”
King was reportedly in L.A., while Newman and their children James, 6, and Leo, 4, stayed with family in Pennsylvania. An insider said, “He's been staying with his family for months and is leaning on them for support.”
Jaime and Kyle met on the set of “Fanboys” in 2005, and wed in 2007.
