Before and After! Shanna Moakler Reveals Complete Body Transformation

The star posted before and after pictures after changing her lifestyle and undergoing a mommy makeover.

In the photos, she's wearing black workout pants with a red T-shirt pulled up to show off her midriff.

She revealed that when the before pic was taken, she was “super unhappy, miserable and I was working out like an animal with no results for a couple reasons.”

Shanna blamed unnecessary hormone replacements for causing her to gain 40 lbs., telling one commenter she had been using testosterone pellets.

Moakler also called out her eating habits, saying “even though I was working out I ate like s**t because I was in a completely unhealthy relationship.” She later noted that relationship is over.

Now, the 45-year-old is working with a doctor to follow a diet based on her bloodwork, adding, “I stopped eating for emotional pleasure and started eating to fuel my body.”

In 2018, the former Miss USA underwent a mommy makeover to fix her ab muscles, writing, “if you have had c sections or recti diastassis from babies look into it!”

She's staying in shape with Bombshell Fitness workouts, but insisted “there was no easy fix, there was no overnight plan.”

The former “Meet the Barkers” star added, “I now just work out daily, I still eat healthy but allow myself some good stuff and I've learned soooo much from the whole experience the last two years!”

Shanna closed the post with a note of encouragement, writing, “I hear from moms and newly divorced women everyday who are in the thick of things and I wanted to show if I can do it, I know you can too!”
