Dave & Odette Annable Split

“Brother & Sisters” co-stars Dave and Odette Annable are calling it quits after nine years of marriage.

In a statement to Us Weekly, the two said, “It's with heavy hearts that we have come to the mutual decision to separate at this time. Our daughter is our primary concern and we remain committed to co-parenting her together. We ask that you please respect our family's privacy at this time.”

The couple's daughter, Charlie Mae, was born in 2015.

Just months before they separated, Dave opened up about the secrets of their marriage. He told the outlet, “We enjoy nothing more than dropping her off at her grandparents' so we could have a night alone. But no, it's important and we're very lucky to have family and wonderful in-laws that are close and just want to spend time with her, so we took them up on that.”

Odette posted her last photo of Dave on Instagram in September. Along with a pic from the “Love Anyway” screening, Odette wrote on Instagram, “Watched this powerful film that @jasonradical brought to life last night called Love Anyway. Please do yourselves a favor and watch. It certainly shifted my perspective. Link in bio to check it out. @preemptivelove ❤️.”

Dave last mentioned Odette on Instagram in August. He wrote, “Take your time in Nashville @odetteannable. Exciting stuff happening over here. Charlie finally figured out that I'm the boss. #cantlookleftanymore.”
