New Boyfriend? Miley Cyrus Spotted Making Out with Longtime Pal Cody Simpson

Miley Cyrus was spotted packing on the PDA with a famous friend.
In a video posted by TMZ, Miley is seen kissing Australian heartthrob Cody Simpson.
The make-out session took place at Backyard Bowls in L.A.
They have been linked before, around 2014, but always maintained they were just friends.
“Extra's” Charissa Thompson spoke with Cody in 2015 about collaborating with Cyrus on the artwork for his single "Flower.”
“She's been a mate of mine for a little bit,” he told Thompson. “I really admire her as an artistic person and just as a person in general. I played her some of the music I was writing and she was like, 'If you ever need any help on the art side of things'… so I said, 'Will you do the 'Flower' cover?' and she just went and took some photos in her garden on some cameras and sent me some ideas and it was cool, yeah.”
Now, it looks like they could be something more than just "mates."
The PDA comes after Miley's split from Kaitlynn Carter, who she dated after her split from husband Liam Hemsworth.
