Mary Lynn Rajskub & Matthew Rolph Split After 10 Years of Marriage

“24” star Mary Lynn Rajskub, 48, and husband Matthew Rolph, 39, are over, according to court docs obtained by TMZ.
Rajskub filed for divorce on Tuesday in L.A., listing their date of separation as July 12. She is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their 11-year-old son Valentine Anthony, and Rajskub is willing to pay spousal support. She lists her income as approximately $10,000 per month.
Rajskub started dating Rolph around 2007 after they met at one of her stand-up shows. They welcomed Valentine in July 2008 and wed in Las Vegas on August 1, 2009.
Rolph was a personal trainer before becoming an actor.
