Another Duggar Baby! Joy-Anna Is Pregnant with Her Second Child

On Wednesday, Joy-Anna broke the news to Us Weekly, saying, “Our favorite math is addition and we are very excited to share that the Forsyth family is adding a member! Marriage and being a mom and dad to Gideon has already far exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to loving another little one and seeing what special dynamic he or she brings to our family. Table for 4 sounds perfect!”

On their Instagram account, the couple revealed that their baby is due in November.

Joy-Anna and Austin are already the parents of son Gideon, who was born last February. Along with pics of them holding the sonogram, the pair wrote, “Cannot wait to meet this new little one! Gideon is going to be such a great big brother!!”

In response to the happy news, Joy-Anna's parents Michelle and Jim Bob said in a statement on the family website, “We have loved watching Austin and Joy build their lives together as a married couple and as parents. Their love for God, each other, Gideon, and others is genuine and inspiring. We could not be more thankful as we watch their lives unfold day by day. A new baby will bring even more joy and blessings to their lives and ours. We are on cloud nine that another grandbaby will make a debut in 2019!”

The pregnancy news comes just a few days after Anna and Josh Duggar announced they were expecting their sixth child. Time will tell if Joy-Anna follows in her brother's footsteps with a big family!

Aside from Josh and Joy-Anna, their brother Joe is also growing his family with wife Kendra, who is pregnant with their second child. Earlier this year, Jessa announced she was due “later this spring.”

Last year, Joy-Anna opened up about her pregnancy struggles on “Counting On.” While she wanted a home birth, she was rushed to a hospital because Gideon was in breech position. Upon arrival, she underwent an emergency C-section.

After Gideon's arrival, she shared, “We are doing well. Love you guys, thank you for your prayers. We are so happy that our little one has finally arrived and we're parents.”

Joy-Anna and Austin tied the knot in May 2017 after five months of courtship. They were close friends for 15 years before he popped the question.
