Video! Harvey Weinstein Attacked at Restaurant

Harvey Weinstein was leaving a Scottsdale, Arizona, restaurant Tuesday night when a fellow patron attacked him.
TMZ has the video of the embattled movie mogul walking out of Elements around 9 p.m. when a man reportedly named Steve comes up and slaps him twice in the face with the back of his hand.
Steve verbally attacks Weinstein, too, calling him a “piece of st” and tells him to “get the fk out of here.”
Weinstein did not report the incident to police, says TMZ.

After news broke about the attack, Page Six reported that Weinstein and wife Georgina Chapman have reached a divorce settlement. The deal was reportedly finalized late last year, and they are expected to file court documents this week.
In October, The New York Times and New Yorker released stories accusing the film executive of sexual harassment and rape.
Weinstein's spokeswoman, Sallie Hofmeister, told the Times in a statement, “Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr. Weinstein. Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances. He will not be available for further comments, as he is taking the time to focus on his family, on getting counseling and rebuilding his life.”
