The actress and model was spotted with a tatted-up mystery man in Malibu over the weekend. The two enjoyed a meal at Ollo restaurant, and were later photographed flirting and hugging at a rooftop bar.
McKinney and her date kept it casual, bundled up in denim and flannel.
Charlotte was previously linked to Meghan Markle's ex-husband, Trevor Engelson.
