“Grey's Anatomy” star Giacomo Gianniotti is ready for the next chapter in his life!
On Sunday, Giacomo announced that he popped the question to his girlfriend Nichole Gustafson over the Thanksgiving weekend and “she said yes.”
Along with a kissing photo, he wrote on Instagram, “I am truly one lucky guy, and I wouldn't rather be walking down this crazy road of life with anyone else. I love you. Thank you.”

Nichole, a makeup artist, posted the same photo, writing, “Yesterday my best friend asked me to marry him in the most romantic way, a day reliving our love. We are thrilled. I wouldn't want to do this life with anyone else. I love you baby and can't wait to be your wife 💍 This man has showed me what true love is. What a dream come true, pinch me.”
Nichole also shared a photo of her engagement ring.
Over the summer, Nichole gushed about her man on Instagram, raving, “he's perfect. I told him today that he's the best human I've ever known. And he is.”
