Frank Sinatra’s Widow Dead at 90
Legendary singer Frank Sinatra's widow Barbara has passed away at the age of 90.
In a statement obtained by "Extra," a family rep revealed that she died of natural causes at her home in Rancho Mirage, California, where she was "comfortably surrounded by family and friends.”
Mrs. Sinatra was a former model and showgirl who was wed to Sinatra from 1976 until his death. Her own death came 19 years after Frank passed away at the age of 82 in 1998. She was at his side when he died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
During her lifetime, Barbara Sinatra became known for her fight against child abuse, creating the Barbara Sinatra Children's Center Foundation.
She is survived by her son Robert, his wife Hillary, and granddaughter Carina.
