How Khloé Kardashian’s Revenge Body Helped Her Through Difficult Divorce

After years of Internet hate directed at her body, Khloé Kardashian is helping others transform themselves with her newest show “Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian.”

Down 40 lbs., the reality star credits a lot of her weight loss to working out. She told “Extra's” special correspondent and her BFF, Dorion Renaud, what motivated her and what fans can expect from the new series.

The 32-year-old learned that working out could help her get through her painful divorce. “For me, I went through a really hard time in my life with my divorce, and I turned to the gym as an emotional release… So I started finding all these people, really traumatic stories, all these circumstances and they didn't know how to get out of this dark hole they were in. I'm blessing them with the tools, things that I found. I took such a negative circumstance and I made it positive.”

Looking just as good as her sisters, she said, “Kourt and I work out together all the time. Kylie just doesn't do anything and she looks like that… We just motivate each other like, 'Okay, if Kim's gonna wear that, I got to look good.' We use each other as more motivation.”

She isn't letting the haters get in her way, “People are like, 'Oh, I liked you when you were fatter.' I'm like, 'Shut up!'”

Not only is Khloé putting time in at the gym, she is watching what she eats. Dorion joked with her, “You eat too healthy now and it's kind of annoying… You have, like, a section of your refrigerator for us and then you have a section for you.”

Khloé commented back, “No, but I was going to so many basketball games it was like mindless eating and I would eat, ya know, basketball food… I was going to 82 games a year and I was eating nachos and drinking alcohol, doing things that were mindless activities, so I'm just more aware of what I'm doing.”

Kardashian still enjoys a cheat day once in a while, saying, “I'm not supposed to eat dairy, but I love dairy. I love pizza or mac and cheese. I would definitely order pizzas at the house watching TV and [drinking] alcohol. Champagne and pizza — champagne for the pain.”
