Jinger Duggar Is Engaged – Who’s the Lucky Guy?

“19 Kids and Counting” star Jinger Duggar is engaged!

The surprise news comes just one month after it was announced that Duggar and former professional soccer player Jeremy Vuolo were courting.

The couple told People, "So excited to share this news that we are now engaged. From both of us, thank you all for the countless well-wishes we've received during the courtship. We are so excited to take this next step in spending our lives together. We are so grateful for how the Lord has brought us together. It has been an incredible journey so far and we are excited about serving Christ together in the coming days.”

The two met through her family last May. He shared, "I was initially friends with Ben Seewald and Jessa (Duggar) Seewald, and it was through them that I got to meet Jinger.” On his website, Vuolo revealed that he expressed interest in Jinger to her dad Jim Bob in December.

When they decided to go on a missions trip together, that's when sparks flew. She shared, "It was there that I really saw his heart and really admired his character.”
