Will Kelly Rutherford See Her Kids Again After Losing Custody?
Former “Gossip Girl” star Kelly Rutherford has lost full custody of her two kids — Hermes, 9, and Helena, 6, according to Daily Mail.
In the court order, Kelly will only be able to visit the kids in France and Monaco. In terms of visitation, the kids will spend half of Christmas, spring, and summer vacations with Kelly, while they continue living with her ex-husband Daniel Giersch. The bitter exes will also have to jointly make decisions on their children's "health, schooling, religious education, and any change of residence.”
TMZ reports that Giersch was granted full custody after a judge thought there was "a strong risk of the children's abduction and retention in the United States."
In the summer, Kelly refused to return the kids to Daniel after they came to visit her in the U.S. When the kids did not return to Monaco, Daniel claimed that Kelly kidnapped them.
Rutherford and Giersch have been in a custody battle since they divorced in 2009 after three years of marriage.
