Sofia Vergara & Joe Manganiello's Wedding-Weekend Extravaganza Begins
Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello have kicked off their wedding weekend!
The couple reportedly welcomed some of their closest friends and family to Palm Beach, Florida, with a cocktail party, E! News reports. More guests are expected to arrive before the ceremony, which will take place on Sunday at The Breakers.
It has been rumored that over 175 hotel rooms have been booked and around 50 homes have been rented out for the wedding. Guests have been asked to check their cell phones at the door before hitting the festivities.
There will apparently be a large security force on call to prevent unwanted guests from crashing the wedding, according to Gossip Extra. Guests will also be given passwords and stamps on their skin to allow them access to the premises.
Police spokesman Phil Salm said in a statement, “We're not beefing up patrols or anything. We have off-duty officers working the event, but the patrols will be on the job as always. Patrolmen might be called in to direct traffic outside of The Breakers, but the resort is in charge of its own security. This is going to be a great day for people [Vergara and Manganiello] who deserve it.”

Sofia has already picked out her lipstick to walk down the aisle. She told Us Weekly, "I finally found the perfect shade! It is a beautiful, rich red that I think is going to look great. And since it's from CoverGirl's Outlast Longwear line, I won't have to worry about reapplying my lipstick on my big day. I know that it will look great after the kiss, eating the cake, and dancing all night long!"
