Ken Jeong Jokes About His 'Hardcore Serious' Doctor Days
Comedy actor Ken Jeong recently hung out with "Extra's" Renee Bargh on the set of his show "Dr. Ken," which is about a doctor juggling his career, marriage.
For Ken, the role brings him full circle: He quit his medical career to pursue acting, and now plays a doctor on TV.
During the interview, Ken displayed his bedside manner, answering medical questions about yawning and brain freezes.
He said of his past in the medical field, "I was pretty hardcore serious; I never liked joking around."
"Dr. Ken" premieres on Friday, October 2 on ABC.
