Meryl Streep, as You've Never Seen (or Heard) Her Before!
We're used to seeing Meryl Streep act up a storm, and we're even used to hearing her belt out a tune ("Mamma Mia," "Into the Woods"), but we're not used to seeing and hearing her do both in quite the way she does in her upcoming movie "Ricki and the Flash."

In a featurette, Meryl says:
It's a fun movie, and it has something real inside ... This was really about the real music of life, what it is, where it falls down and loses rhythm and picks it up and brings it home."
The Oscar-winning actress stars in the Diablo Cody-penned movie with her daughter, Mamie Gummer, as well as Kevin Kline, '80s rocker Rick Springfield, and Broadway diva Audra McDonald.
"Ricki and the Flash" hits theaters August 7, 2015.
