Inside the Kardashian Family Trip to Armenia, Plus Meet the Kousins!
Since touching down in Armenia, Kim and Khloé Kardashian have been keeping busy traveling around the capital of Yerevan, meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, and checking out the local spots thanks to some very special tour guides that coincidentally also have names that begin with the letter “K.”
"Khloé & I brought along our cousins Kourtni & Kara Kardashian. We miss you Krista! Yes we have 3 cousins who are sisters that all start with a K too! LOL," Kim posted on Instagram from their meeting with the Prime Minister.
"It was an honor to meet the Prime Minister of Armenia, Hovik Abrahamyan who expressed how proud they are that we are proud Armenians and we have not forgotten our roots! #NeverForget."
The family trip was made to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Armenian genocide, and pay tribute to Kim and Khloé's late father Robert Kardashian, who was a third-generation Armenian American.
Kim's husband Kanye West and their daughter North joined the sisters to experience their heritage and learn about their ancestors.
"The love and welcoming to Armenia has been overwhelmingly beautiful!!! I wholeheartedly, can't believe all of you Angels who are outside our hotel with flowers and smiles. I'm incredibly eager to get some sleep and see Armenia in the day light! I hope I'm able to sleep. I'm so excited to be here!!" wrote Khloé on Instagram.
