Chelsea Handler loves showing off her tatas, and a source tells Us Weekly it's because she got a breast lift.
An insider said the comedian, who turned 40 in February, was “stressed about looking saggy” and had the procedure done six months ago.
Handler reportedly did her research ahead of time and loves the results.
