Are Kim Kardashian and Kanye West expecting baby No. 2?
A new trailer for “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” is all about how the couple is trying for a second child.
In one scene, someone carries in a tray of pregnancy tests, revealing that one of them is positive!
We don't know for sure that it is Kim's. Adding to the mystery is an Instagram post that Khloé shared Sunday night. The photo shows Kim, Khloé, sister Kendall Jenner and mom Kris with the positive test in the center, and Khloé asks, “Who's pregnant?"
