When the ball dropped in NYC on New Year's Eve, pop tart Miley Cyrus didn't waste a second finding her first kiss of 2014!
Miley, 21, who performed on Dick Clark's New Year's Rocking Eve with Ryan Seacrest, tweeted a photo of herself and Ryan smooching, with the caption, "Yay!!!! They caught our NY midnight kiss! Happy New Years @RyanSeacrest & thank you for having me."
