Dina Lohan Pleads Not Guilty of DWI, Leaves Court in Chauffeured Rolls-Royce!
Lindsay Lohan's mother, Dina Lohan, pled not guilty to DWI charges stemming from her September 21 arrest.
The celebrity mom was pulled over for speeding and subsequently arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated when a sobriety test revealed she had a blood-alcohol level of .20 percent, more than twice the legal limit.
Accompanied by her attorney, the 51-year-old appeared at Nassau County District Court in Long Island, NY on Tuesday, entered her plea and then surrendered her driver's license to the judge. Dina, who was served with foreclosure papers just prior to her arrest, left court in a chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce!
According to E! News, Dina is currently working on an as yet untitled memoir. The book's publisher told E! that Dina was to "address the rumors, misinformation and unsubstantiated stories often generated about her and her family by the tabloid press.”
She is due back in court October 23.
