Jon Gosselin Fires Gun After Paparazzo Trespasses
Former reality star Jon Gosselin fired a gun on his Pennsylvania property on Friday after a paparazzo followed him home.
The "Jon & Kate Plus 8" alum explained to TMZ, "I am licensed to carry a concealed handgun, which I withdrew and used to fire a warning shot AWAY from the paparazza. It is well within my rights under Pennsylvania law when someone is trespassing on private property."
The site says that the photographer was hoping to follow Jon home from his restaurant job so she could get pics of his cabin.
She continued to follow him off of the main road onto a dirt road, not realizing she was on private property.
When she began snapping photos, Jon fired a warning shot.
