New Pics! Lea Michele Behind the Scenes, How She's Coping
It looks like “Glee” star Lea Michele has a lot of love around her these days, after losing boyfriend and co-star Cory Monteith to a heroin overdose in July.
Behind the scenes, Lea's life is slowly starting to return to normal. She treated fans to some happy selfies and group pics on Twitter on Monday, then thanked fans for their outpouring of support.
The collage of pics feature Michele and her glam squad along with the caption, “Beautiful shoot w/ my glam family... I love them so much!”
She later tweeted a message to fans, "Such a sweet TT.. You guys are the best.. Thank you for making me smile:) Love you all ❤," after #ThankYouLea started trending.
The trending topic references the speech she made at the Teen Choice Awards earlier this month. Lea told the crowd, "I just wanted to be here today, to personally thank all of you and tell everyone out there how much all of your love and support has meant to me over these past very difficult few weeks," she said.
As she broke down in tears, she continued, "I wanted to dedicate this award to Cory. For all of you out there who loved and admired Cory as much as I did, I promise that with your love, we're gonna get through this together. He was very special to me and also to the world, and we were very lucky to witness his incredible talent, his handsome smile and his beautiful, beautiful heart."
