Report: Malcolm-Jamal Warner and Regina King Split
Malcolm-Jamal Warner and girlfriend Regina King have split after two years, reports Us Weekly. The former child stars have known each since the 1980s when Warner played Theo Huxtable on “The Cosby Show” and King played Brenda Jenkins on “227.”
A source told the mag that Malcolm-Jamal “wasn't feeling it anymore” and that King is “brokenhearted.”
King told Parade in 2012, "I believe the universe has a plan, and we probably wouldn't have been ready years ago. We both had to do whatever we had to do to be ready for each other now.”
Regina and her son, with ex-husband Ian Alexander, Sr., were reportedly living with Warner before the breakup. The “Community” actor has never been married and has no children.
