Adele Doing 'Really Well' after Throat Surgery
Singer Adele is "on the mend" after undergoing a throat operation last week.
The British songstress took to her official site Tuesday to give fans an update on her health. "Thank you for all your positive thoughts and get well wishes," she wrote. "I'm doing really well, on the mend, super happy, relaxed and very positive with it all.

"The operation was a success and I'm just chilling out now until I get the all clear from my doctors," she added.
The 23-year-old was forced to cancel a number of concerts in the US and UK, with some fearing she was battling throat cancer, but that is not the case.
Adele underwent vocal cord laser microsurgery in Boston to end the chronic throat hemorrhages she had been enduring from a benign polyp, reports NY Daily News.
"Thank you to everyone who voted for the awards I've won recently as well. Hugely appreciated," she concluded on her website. "I best get back to practicing my mime show now. Take care, miss you all."
