Extra Scoop: Michael Lohan Arrested Again, Jumped from 3rd Floor Balcony
LiLo's dad was arrested for the second day in a row, in Florida after allegedly contacting his GF Kate Major. According to police, Michael tried to escape by jumping off a 3rd-story balcony and fell 34 feet to the ground.
