Derek Jeter Celebrates His 3,000th Career Hit

In commemoration of his 3,000th career hit, MLB All-Star Derek Jeter, the first New York Yankee to achieve this tremendous milestone, has teamed with MLB Digital to create an online pop-up store: jeter3000store.com.

The site features a wide variety of official DJ3K memorabilia for all Yankee fans to enjoy. One of the top merchandise sellers in baseball history, Derek Jeter has partnered with more than 10 MLB licensees to create the line of DJ3K products, including Brand Jordan, Steiner, Forever Collectibles and more.

In celebration of this amazing accomplishment, HBO will premiere "Derek Jeter 3K," an exclusive documentary, tonight, Thursday, July 28 at 9:00 PM

A five-time World Series champion, Jeter, along with MLB, MLBPA and the Yankees, launched the "Road to 3K" campaign with an exclusive silicone bracelet that benefited his Turn 2 Foundation. Since its launch in 1996, the Turn 2 Foundation has awarded more than $12 million in grants to create and support signature programs and activities that motivate young people to turn away from drugs and alcohol and "turn 2" healthy lifestyles.
