Former First Lady of California Maria Shriver was spotted chatting with her interior designer... likely discussing the $10-million home Shriver recently purchased in Brentwood, near the family home her soon-to-be ex Arnold Schwarzenegger will get in the divorce.

The mansion is roughly 11,000 square feet, and every inch is being redone, says TMZ. It will have 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a 3-car garage, a gym, theater and wine room.
