Actress Courteney Cox and her husband of 11 years, actor David Arquette, announced Monday they have decided to separate -- and the woman who may be the cause is 28-year-old bartender/actress Jasmine Waltz.
Arquette admitted on Howard Stern's radio show that he'd slept with Waltz, but said it was after he and Courteney split.
