Betty White Thrilled by Emmy Nom
Veteran Emmy winner Betty White received her 20th nomination for her hilarious guest hosting stint on "Saturday Night Live" -- and "Extra" toasted the 88-year-old grand dame of TV on the set of her new hit TV show, "Hot in Cleveland."
White already has six Emmys, "But who's counting. [She mouths 'I'm counting']" All joking aside, she was honored. "I'd love to be coy and say 'Oh yes, it's just another one.' You can't. I mean it's such a privilege!"
What's the only downer in Betty's week? NBA star LeBron James ditching Cleveland to move over to the Miami Heat. "I thought I'd get the news before everybody else. But no, he's too busy right now to deal with an old broad!"
"Extra" also celebrated with Kristin Chenoweth (who received a guest star nod for her turn on "Glee") by showering her with Yummy cupcakes!
"Oh, my gosh! You guys do know me very well," the bubbly actress gushed. "Nobody here is getting any of this! These are mine! See? Now, I'll be wearing a muumuu to the Emmys 'cause I'll be eating this!"
