-Don't starve yourselfYou need kindling to burn logs. Translation: You need some carbs in order to burn fat.
-No alcohol until you reach your ideal weight.
-No sodas, not even diet soda.

In general, if a man's waist is over 40 inches or if woman's waist is over 35 inches, you need to go on a diet.
