Kenny Chesney Flooded Out in Nashville
Country music star Kenny Chesney is calling out for help in the wake of severe flooding in Tennessee.
He sent a Twitpic of himself Wednesday to CNN's Anderson Cooper, standing knee-deep in water on the steps of his Nashville home. Chesney appeared on the news network later that day to talk about the damage.
Chesney later tweeted, "TN is a mess with floods. If you're fortunate enough to help out, hit up the mid-TN Red Cross: Stay safe, everyone."
The floods did heavy damage to Nashville's Grand Ole Opry House and Soundcheck, a rehearsal space where Keith Urban and other artists store their gear.
