Reggie is on a hybrid vegan diet. The following is a list of suggested items he can eat and still lose weight:

Kashi frozen dinner (pictured) with Black beans, plantains and mango

Amy's Vegetarian low-sodium refried beans and baked beans
Amy's no cheese pizza with Artichokes - add some salsa on top of the pizza for extra flavor
