Added a second source, "She's made up her mind. There's nothing to think about: he's never going to change." (Indeed, the new issue of Us Weekly reports he's still in touch with alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel.)
Woods has been linked to 14 women, and Thursday's New York Post reported he was nervous two more would come forward.
Nordegren was spotted twice without her wedding band within the past week, but a source insists to People that she wasn't sending a message and it "meant nothing."
The source reiterates The Daily Beast's report that Nordegren has met with lawyers to renegotiate her prenuptial agreement with Woods.
On Tuesday, the New York Post reported that a moving truck was spotted at Woods' Florida mansion, where carefully wrapped art was removed.
Woods and Nordegren are parents to daughter Sam, 2, and son Charlie, 10 months.
