Rutherford's Fear for Her Son
"Gossip Girl" star Kelly Rutherford's divorce has taken a turn toward the ugly.
In new court papers, Rutherford says she's worried her ex might try to leave the country with their 2-year-old son, Hermés.
The actress filed for divorce from husband Daniel Giersch in December, citing "irreconcilable differences."
