Lauren Conrad, "Hills" starlet and aspiring fashion designer, got a hot designing gig when she was asked to create a dress for an Emmy trophy girl. "Extra" caught up with LC on the red carpet, where she described her design, discussed rumors that Audrina was moving out of their Hollywood home -- and talked about the tragic plane crash involving Travis Barker and DJ AM.
